Welcome to Foodster, a product of Mobihits. By accessing or using our application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our app or website.
You give us permission to display your username, profile picture, and actions (such as likes) next to or in connection with content you engage with, including ads or sponsored content. This can be seen by others as permitted by your privacy settings. We will also respect your ad preferences and settings.
You agree that we may download and install updates to the Foodster app on your device as necessary to improve or maintain the service.
We may change your username if we believe it is appropriate or necessary, such as if it infringes on someone's intellectual property. If you use our intellectual property (such as images, videos, or designs we provide), we retain all rights to that content. You may only use our trademarks and similar marks with explicit permission or as permitted by our brand guidelines.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, our policies, or is required by law. We may disable or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or our policies. You will be notified where appropriate, and if you believe this was done in error, you can contact us through our Help Center.
Deleted content may persist temporarily in backups and will still be visible where shared with others unless they also delete it. These Terms will still apply after your account is terminated or deleted.
If you purchase a subscription to premium content on Foodster, the payment will be processed via the platform you used (e.g., Google Play, App Store). The subscription auto-renews unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. Prices and details for subscriptions will be displayed on the app during purchase.
Users have the right to cancel their subscription by sending C FDS to 1111
Mobihits takes the protection of your personal information seriously. We may collect personal information such as your name, email address, and payment information, as well as non-personal information such as your device type and operating system. We use cookies to enhance your experience, and you can manage your cookie settings in your browser.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "last updated" date on this page. By continuing to use Foodster, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
Our service is provided "as is," and we cannot guarantee that it will be safe, secure, or error-free. Mobihits disclaims all warranties to the extent permitted by law, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not responsible for the actions of users or third parties, including content posted by others on the app.
If you have any claims arising from these Terms, the laws of the United Arab Emirates will apply. You agree to resolve any disputes in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
